which opened for business in the fall quarter, 2003. The complex is regularly
featured in the press as an example of an environmentally cutting edge design.

Overview of the Lundquist College of Business (LCB):
The Lundquist Center for Enterpreneurship
is consistently ranked in the top 40 of entrepreneurship programs in the U.S. The annual
New Venture Championship is an external business plan competition ranked in the top 3 of
such plans. In addition, students are encouraged to participate in the Quest for AdVenture
business plan competitions, at the MBA, undergraduate business major, and undergraduate
business minor levels.
The James H. Warsaw Center for Sports Marketing
established in 1994 is the premier sports education and research program in the world and
has become a model for sports-business programs in schools across the country.
The University of Oregon chapter of Beta Alpha Psi,
national financial professional honors fraternity, is extremely active, and has earned
Superior Chapter over the last two years.
There are over 140,000 people in the Eugene area alone, and nearly 200,000 in the surrounding Eugene-Springfield metro area.

Local travelers can fly in and out of the regional Eugene Airport.
Proximity to a Variety of Activites
Eugene is ideally situated in the southern Willamette Valley. Drive north just two hours
to experience big-city life in Portland. It's also a
quick drive east to the Cascade Range,
where you can ski Willamette Pass, camp at Waldo Lake, or fish the McKenzie River. Or, head
west for about an hour to the Oregon Coast,
where you'll find scenic beaches, sandy dunes, and quaint coastal shops.
